Social Functions

PLYC social events are an important component of overall club activities. These events are popular with members, and provide a pleasant venue for socializing with friends new and old.

PLYC social events are hosted in the club's Wreck Room, at the Port Ludlow Bay Club or the Port Ludlow Beach Club.

PLYC holds theme events along with other social events throughout the year. There are also special events such as Opening Day, the formal Change of Watch dinner, and the Holiday Lighted Boat Party, as well as sail races and cruises.

These events cannot happen without the support and volunteer efforts of our members. PLYC members are generous with their time and creativity, which helps make social events so entertaining.

The Wreck Room is now being used for nearly all social events, with a few events being split between the Beach Club and Wreck Room. Details for all events are listed on the calendar below. The Wreck Room Web page also contains a calendar for events held there.

PLYC is fortunate to have talented members who have given generously over the years. If you’re new to the club, now is your chance to contribute. Volunteering to help with social events is an excellent way to get to know other members.
